CLOSED: Is this a Cicada Killer Wasp?

This is the most massively gigantic monster of a wasp I have ever seen!! I think it's a cicada killer wasp, but I wanted to get everyone's thoughts :) I'm in southeastern Florida, by the way (Sarasota area).
