I'm not able to get a clearer picture than this, but you can see its eyes and also a good portion of its body.
We have these in our house, and our cats chase them. I'm terrified of spiders, and am prone to assume the worst, but my landlord assures me they're not dangerous. I'm sure he's right, but I'd like to know what they are, mostly because if the cats are chasing/swatting at them, I want to make sure they're not going to harm our cats.

Wolf spider; possibly a Rabidosa sp. -
