This beetle was on one of my dayliles yesterday morning, is it friend or foe.

Thank you DonnaB, it looks just like my beetle!! But boy was I surprised to see it was a turnip beetle!!! I do not grow turnips or mustard but I do see the wild mustard plants around. I think I will release it as long as it doesn't eat my daylilies....lol

Maybe the beetle was just resting before flying off to find a mustard plant. :)

Hahahah...that's possible or maybe it was because it had been pretty cool during the night and it was trying to warm up.
