Need Help Identifying Spider

Christiansburg, VA

We have seen two of these in our house and would like to know what kind of spider it is and if it is very dangerous.

Thanks for the help in advance.

P.S.
Sorry for the bad pic but hopefully someone can identify it. :)

It is hard to tell from that photo but, from experience and it being in the house, my bet would be Wolf Spider. It can deliver a painful bite if provoked. It is a hunter of other spiders and it's up to you if you leave it or relocate it. I, personally, leave them until they get large and then relocate them outside but I don't have children, either.

they're not poisonous in the way that a recluse or widow is though. it takes a lot to get these guys to bite.

It does. You really have to push them.

lol

Mcminnville, OR

looks like a hobo spider which can deliver a very painful bite, and can make you sick.

We need Voxeltoxin to come back and tell us more about this spider. Another shot from above or its eye patterns. Hobos have 2 sets of nearly straight lines.
