Spotted this dragonfly this afternoon. See its wings - tell something about why it is like that also. Which is this dragonfly?

You say, 'looks like'.... and I say, 'I think'.... it is a correct match.
My first picture looks like the 'older male' [as from the link image] and this one also has the yellowish stripes.
