Instructions for corn husk angels

Benton, KY(Zone 7a)

OK everyone, here are the instructions for my cornhusk angels.Go to the Journal section on the right hand side of your screen and click on it. Find my name and click to view my journal. All instructions and pictures are posted there.

You can get husks at any large supermarket with a Mexican produce section. If you harvest your own, feild corn works better than garden sweet corn. The husks are firmer.

Melody, you can get there by clicking on your name on the left too, its a step easier. I can't wait to make mine:)

Those are really cool. One type of angel that I don't have.Finding the time to make one, is almost impossible for me. Maybe someday.
You have very good instructions and pictures to go with, which makes it very easy.

Melody,

I'm fairly new here and have been prowling around trying to learn all the ins and outs of this site. I ran across a reference to your corn-husk angel and actually managed to find your wonderful directions! It's so nice that posts stay here for the duration and don't get deleted after a time!

So thanks for posting these lovely instructions and the pictures to go with them. Very professional looking. I have a cornhusk angel for the top of our Christmas tree that I made from a kit over 25 years ago and still use it. I'm looking forward to making some of these for gifts for next year. Thanks again. Rose
