Sure looks like a Leaf Beetle to me- family Chrysomelidae. There are so many with only subtle differences. Perhaps a Calligrapha sp.?

This is a stink bug in the family Pentatomidae. The image of Stiretrus anchorago at http://tinyurl.com/3gnvu4a looks very much like yours.
