new bug on my property friend or foe

Sevierville, TN(Zone 7a)

found these about the end of june in my flower beds and around the carport. They are about 3/8ths of an inch and just crawl around usually in bunches. Sorry about the fuzzy pic, camera doesn't get to close

Looks horribly like a lily beetle. If so get rid of as many as you can!!

thank you, I actually did

Not lily leaf beetle. I think the black "shoulder" markings make it more probably a boxelder bug nymph:

What did you use to get rid of this beast? I have them all over my garden chewing up everything from Okra to Rhubarb and I haven't been able to find anything helping ID this thing. I don't think it's either one of the above pictures. It doesn't look like a lily beetle nor does it really resemble the other one. I really need help with these things please.

Thanks to friends for info. I contacted Forestry because I believe they are box elder bugs- am waiting for them.
To mystanf89 I had sprayed them with a rotonone/ pyrthrin solution (organic). got it at the local farmers co-op. I use it on all bugs, carefully avoid spraying bees or flowers.
