She? hangs out in our carport and is getting bigger everyday. My grandson wants to know her name!Thank you!

This appears to be one of the Spotted Orbweavers (Neoscona sp.). Sometimes these are difficult to tell apart from pictures. One guess might be Neoscona crucifera or N. domiciliorum. In my opinion these are beautiful spiders that are fun to watch! Here are some pictures and info:
