This one likes to bring in grass into it's nest which I assume she has all to herself. What kind of wasp do I have here?

This site is so cool. So I am having lunch and this guy/girl flys in. Never seen one. Got it in a cup till I know what it is. Normally a catch and release guy.

Any thoughts. I am thinking a fly of sorts but Wasp still on my mind?
