How to kill this bugs

found these bugs in my plants, nothing seems to kill them off, please help me how to kill them before the kill my plants

Your photo is blurry but the insects look like they have long snouts. That would probably make them some species of weevil. I don't see any damage to the plant. Are they eating the leaves?

Yes they are eating the leaves I am very scary this bugs can kill my plants never see some like this before

Well, that is most definitely some kind of weevil. I'm not sure what species, though. I have killed Mexican bean beetles them by picking them off the plant and throwing them into a bucket of hot soapy water. This method is labor intensive but it causes less damage to other (friendly) bugs, like bees and butterflies. You haven't said what species of plant the weevils are eating.

It is a Diaprepes Root Weevil (Diaprepes abbreviatus) it is a major pest to citrus crops.
