One of the orb weavers.

I love the patterns they spin in their webs.

It is an Argiope sp., in the family Araneidae (orbweavers). A dorsal picture would help to positively narrow it down, but looking at the venter I would guess that it's the Banded Argiope (Argiope trifasciata). The orbweavers in the genus Argiope do make beautiful patterns in their webs.
