Can You Tell Me What This Spider is

Ok so i found this spider on my house,"scared the pants off me" and i would like to know what it is and if it is poisonous or not. thanks for the help

This is the Banded Argiope (Argiope trifasciata), a beautiful orbweaver. Nearly all spiders have a venom glands and fangs that deliver the poison to their prey, but only a few (literally) in North America are dangerous to people. None who build orb webs are dangerous. You have nothing to worry about!
