Raintree are the roots invasive?

Can these trees roots bother driveways or patios. I looking for something that flowers and offers some shade. Do they grow fairly quickly or more moderate? Do you have to clean up the flowers or pods or do they kinda just disappear on their own. Live in Pa and see alot at our local YMCA parking lot and they are so pretty this time of year.

They will make many more of themselves from the seeds of all those pretty yellow flowers.

If you don't mind weeding out these seedlings, you are "golden"...
