What is this thing? There are a bunch of them in my kitchen. I was worried that they might be termites. I hope not.
They are about 1/4 inch long. I have never seen one fly. They just crawl around.

Good chance it might be a termite swarmer, pic is hard to tell. If it has 4 wings the same length and no obvious waiste then I would highly suggest calling a exterminator. Over the counter products will not solve the problem only put a bandaid on it. Also stay away from bait systems they are a money making racket.

Thanks much for the reply. I will try to get better photos. They never sit still and are very small, so hard to photograph.
