Trying to add new order (Heteroptera) and family (Cydnidae)

While preparing our vegetable garden, many reddish beetle-looking bugs were stirred up from the soil. Upon investigation and websearches I found the insect I had in hand. I am trying to add it to Bugfiles, but it says that it does not recognize the order or family and referred me to this page, but unclear to where I go from here! The insect is Sehirus cinctus, White-margined Burrower (or Burrowing) Bug.

The problem is that Heteroptera is a sub-order and the order for your bug is Hemiptera. We do have two entries in the family Cydnidae in Bug Files and I have added an entry for Sehirus cinctus here: http://davesgarden.com/guides/bf/go/6643/ and we would be pleased to have your images added to this page,
