Found this spider today behind my kitchen window. Normally I see small garden spiders this is different with a black mark center of the belly on the bottom and dark lines on his legs. Does anyone know what this spider is? Do I have to worry about it?

I think it could be one of the Spotted Orbweavers (Neoscona sp.) A picture that's a little closer and of the dorsal side would probably be a great help. Here's one:

Since it builds an orb, you can be sure that it is not dangerous.
