Very nice poem gardenwife. Shoot, probably could use that in current events anyway. Just gets too depressing. I hear enough about things on the TV the radio and in the papers so I stay clear away from current events. Glad Dave set that forum up now. Makes it alot easier to come to general dis.

Kimberley that was lovely and just what I needed today!! I have a picture of Jesus in my bedroom and the inscription on the bottom - "Jesus I Trust in You" - what else is there if we can't do that!! Stay safe my friend and I'll catch up with you when I return from Europe!!

Thank you, everyone. I just recalled how, a couple years ago, my doctor told me that depression is like a veil which keeps you from seeing the world as it really is. How, when you are depressed, you see the world through the veil of depression and it alters your perception and your ability to enjoy things. That really struck a chord with me, she described it so well.
