I have had a cedrus atlantica (Sahara Ice) for a few years now and suddenly it is turning bright yellow. At first I thought it was just new growth but now that color seems to be all-encompassing.
It is in a container - a month or so ago I moved it from a broken clay pot into
a large pulp pot. I don't think it could be over-watered although we have had lots of rain here in Portland and it doesn't really look like that sort of yellowing but I have no clues.
I did just give it some fish fertilizer.
Any ideas as to what is going on?

Doesn't sound good. Can you post a photo?
Resin
Just a thought. Could there be a root-eating grub or insect of some kind in the soil? I've had it happen to some of my potted plants on occasion.
