CLOSED: white aphid like bugs on indoor plant

Hi, does anyone know what kind of insects these are? I discovered them on one of my indoor plants. The leaves also have some type of sticky substance on them, and the insects all appear to be dead. What is the best way to treat the plant? Thanks for any help.

i think they are Whitefly.

i'm sure it is not withefly.
maybe withe aphid ( wooly aphid , Woolly Beech Aphid).
