A peculiar ant - creamish

Found this loitering around alone. It looked unusual - its colour. The weaver ants are reddish. I wondered what this one was. Termites are this colour but it is not a termite.

Found this queen with wings. The above picture could also belong to the same though the weaver ants are more reddish in colour. Any connection between these?
