Bug Found in Berks County Pennsylvania - Please Identify

Found this bug by my backdoor in Berks County. It has very long antennas, and little "chompers" on the front at its mouth. Any idea what it is? Looks like it might possibly have wings that are possibly not fully developed.

It's a long-horned beetle of some type.
