CLOSED: Large brown spider in Southeastern PA

A friend of mine sees these large spiders (she said the spider is photographed on a standard brick, so probably about 3-4 inches long?) in and around her home in Southeastern PA (Lower Makefield, Bucks County).

Any idea what it is?
