I have to upload from my memory card b/c kodak software keeps telling me the pics are already on my computer when they are not. This bird tried to land on my windowsill this morning. Only got 2 horrible pics before the plumber got here. That's another nightmare. I thought it was a female orchard oriole but seems to have either red or orange spots on the breast. At this time of year, if it were a male orchard, wouldn't it have a black throat? I'm thinking maybe juvi female Baltimore? The glare is from the window.
What oriole?
I don't know if you can see anything in those pics. It's so frustrating when stuff stops working. I've had at least 5 live chats with Kodak people trying to fix the problem.
It had gray wings and two wing bars.
Was able to blow up and lighten up the pics in the windows picture program but couldn't find "save as" so can't share. However, a patch of orange was definitely visible on the breast in the second pic and lower right of first pic.
I'd agree female Baltimore; the bill looks too heavy for Orchard.
Resin
Thank you Resin! I love how you can see that in this photo.
Could also be a younger bullock male? Or on second thought bullock female.
