Bird Identification: What oriole?, 1 by Elphaba

Only got 2 horrible pics before the plumber got here. That's another nightmare. I thought it was a female orchard oriole but seems to have either red or orange spots on the breast. At this time of year, if it were a male orchard, wouldn't it have a black throat? I'm thinking maybe juvi female Baltimore? The glare is from the window.
