8 days to ship?

I ordered from a company overseas. I paid through pay pal and been asking for a tracking number finally got it. The thing doesn't work. I found out today it took 8 days to ship my order. It was seeds not plants. 8 days seems like an awful long time to me. I paid on the 20th of April. The company info on the watchdog is very good so I ordered. Not a happy person right now. Wrote them to tell them how I feel on the issue havent heard back yet. Fustrated Rie
