This one was in North Carolina. A female friend was wondering as well as myself...can you help figure this ones name and if it is poisonous

This appears to be a female Southern House Spider (Kukulcania hibernalis). They can give a painful bite, but are not considered dangerous (see http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/pdffiles/IN/IN30100.pdf for more information, University of Florida fact sheet).
