Hello,
Could someone please tell me if this is ladybug pupa, or just some weird plant fungus?

that looks more like a fungus or a plant disease, but this link gives a few images of the lady bug pupa and larvae which may help you identify those bumps: http://www.cirrusimage.com/beetles_ladybird_larva.htm

but if some creature does come out of those bumps in a few days let us know, i'm interested in finding out whether it is a disease or some kind of other bug pupa :)
