This photo is pretty terrible but perhaps someone will recognize it. My friend found this stuck to the inside of her door. We peeled it off. There were tiny tiny flies flitting about and crawling on the outside. On the inside, under a photo loop, it looked like there were teensy beetles inside. The brown sac exterior reminded me of dried out foam. As you can see from the photo, some of it turned to powder as soon as we touched it, almost like mold spores. Nasty stuff.

Possible that the flies were fungus gnats?

I can't really SEE anything in the picture, but it should give you an idea maybe.
