Possibly Asian Lady Beetles rather than the good variety. We need an expert to tell us for sure.

Should I kill them? :/

If they ARE asian lady beetles, I would. I'm not sure, though.

those don't look like asian lady beetles or regular lady beetles. the asian lady bugs are usually orange/red with many to few black spots in varying random patterns. these bugs here have a red and black body with a central black spot on their backs. they're rather pretty but i doubt they're in the lady beetle family. i wish i could identify these for you but i'm at a loss as to what they may be. as for getting rid of them, if they're eating something they shouldn't be, yes by all means do away with them. there is a minute possibility that they are lady bugs, so i'm putting in this link that shows the asian lady beetle varieties and their larvae:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harmonia_axyridis
