Who's going to be watching tonight?

Trish went to Wal-Mart and picked up popcorn and other snackies for the event! Can't wait! I hope it's as good as the previous two series.

Well I hope to watch but I have a business related conference call at 6:30. I wonder what they would say if I said - gotta go - Survivor's on!

hey Dave, you and I mentioned a survivor forum, what about a once a week thread for that weeks show? could start with Survivor-10-11. that way maybe it won't get spread all over. just a thought:)

Thanks, tiG! I'll be sure to tune in tonight to hear the Prez. I can't say I'll watch Survivor though. I guess I'm one of those weird folks who have never gotten into the show; I never watched the first or second series. Ever. Any. None. Nada. Zip.

But I will be watching ER tonight, tho :)

yes! I'm not sure what kind of show it will be after this season, though - with so many of the orignal cast departing :(

Oh yes - almost forgot about ER tonight! Did you hear that Susan (I think that was her name) is coming back? My favorite show but I still miss George Klooney's smile!

I guess I'm a survivor... The cuts were announced at work today (about 1100 out of 5000 or so, from what I can tell). I'm sure I'll be even busier now, since I'll have to lock everybody's voice mailbox that got cut and redirect their phone number to announcement that says that person can't be reached at this number anymore. There's quite a few upset people around here...but at least everyone got a pretty nice severance package. (the cuts are related to the recent merger of our company with another...and some additional cuts were thrown in because of the slowing economy)

Jon, we knew you could do it!! whew, huh?

Yeah...whew! Fortunately though, I sent my resume out a week before the cuts and I found 2 jobs that I could have jumped right in to if I had to (with the same pay)...but I'm glad I didn't have to because I like it where I am.

Thanks...I still haven't subscribed, so I don't know if I'll be the news anchor for much longer. It's not a money problem...I guess I'm just having trouble with the commitment...lol Oh well...we'll see.
