I just googled all my name and all my posts- even those that I placed on boards here that are supposed to be only open by subscription. Every post I have ever made is right on line for anyone to read! This is really not what I expected from any board that was supposedly private by subscription, at least by inference and payment. I am appealing to the current owners to place better restrictions in place, and hope that they will respond. In the meantime, just goole your own name and see what happens- I got this just by googleing "bettypause". (Sorry Betty, but seriously this is bad form) Didnt have to sign in, its just out there for anyone to see...

It IS stunning to find yourself all over the Internet!!!!!!!!!!! Google your screen name(s) and google your given name. I never have expected privacy - I have always known that anything written "could" remain there forever, so choose your words (and photos) well. The young folks today who are sexting, and sending their nude photos out to "trusted friends" are learning some very sad lessons.
