I found this critter on the beach of Lake Huron near Sarnia, ON today. It was between 1.5 and 2 inches long. Curious what kind of beetle it is. I have never seen a beetle this big in this part of the country in 50+ years. Thanks for any help, and I look forward to utilizing the site.
