does this mean they are old
? I just got a pack of pretty pink mgs from Lowes. put them in water hydro solution and today they have like this sticky goo on them. did i do something wrong? will they make it or is this a sign they are done? thanks

Marie - Pot them up. Don't leave them in the water. They might be non-viable, but I'd still give them a shot!

ok took them out of the water which wasnt in too long and put them in pots. will see what happens if anything.

I was going to ask how long you left them in water, it could be that the seeds took in the moisture too fast, I've had some turn into goo too, but usually they are left in too long, I'm beginning to think that 6-12 hours is better than 24 hours.. I usually soak overnight.
