Found on Lantana camara bush. Assumed posture seems to simulate the appearance of the stems of this bush.

Caterpillars in this family (Geometridae) can exhibit a high degree of variability in color patterns, with quite a few species that can superficially resemble one another, so I often am reluctant to pin a specific i.d. on them. That aside, this one could be a dotted gray, Glena cribrataria - see http://tinyurl.com/48584ed for an image.
