I want this lovely tree/shrub, where is the best place to buy one?

Where do you live? If you're in an area where they're fairly widely grown your local nurseries should have them so that would be the best place to look, you can get a larger size one that way. Otherwise here are some mail order sources http://davesgarden.com/products/ps/search.php?search_text=vitex+agnus-castus&submit=Go They'll give you nice plants but they'll be smaller than what you'd be able to find locally.
