You should have heard me trying to explain to my little grandson the other day about his real self being his "spirit" inside of him. How our bodies will die, but our spirits never do, ever.
That might seem like a lot for a three year old, but I was about his age and remember clearly my grandmother telling me the same. Thank God for grandmas.
Children have a much easier time understanding spiritual things than adults because they have so much more faith.
I don't think they really have more faith, I think they just have a lot less doubts...doubts creep in as a result of believing in the five senses more than believing in what God's word teaches us...If you don't believe that Just ask EVE...
That's it. They don't disbelieve.
