Hello,
I found this spider on a playground in Melbourne. With legs it was max 3mm!
From the top it has the shape of a tick but yellow colour with black marks
CLOSED: Very small Spider
This is a comb-footed/cobweb spider (family Theridiidae); likely a diamond comb-footed spider, Achaearanea veruculata - see http://tinyurl.com/4zecpat for images and more information. Although these spiders are in the same family as the notorious red-backed spider, they are harmless to humans.
