I found this cocoon under our fridge. When I touch it, it moves so it's obviously still alive, what on earth is it? It's creepy looking. Hope you guys can solve this, thanks in advance :)

if its in your house, i'd assume mealworm or bark.

by looking at soem more images, i'd say most likely mealworm of some type.

This could indeed be a pupa of a mealworm (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae), genus Tenebrio - see http://tinyurl.com/6keeyvq for an image of the larva, pupa, and adult of this insect.
