Sweet Potato Varieties?

Alba, TX(Zone 8a)

I went ahead and ordered from Willhite's.

Check and see if they are grown with chemicals from Willhite's. I bought some seeds from them, and all the tomato seeds were treated with Thiram. I only discovered this after I purchased them. Now I know what to look for if I ever receive any treated seeds with no label regaring that fact. They have a pink color. I am not sure if it is because of the chemical or if they are required to color them because they are treated.

I realize this may not have anything to do with sweet potatoes, but something to consider.

Sand Hill is all organic, I think.

Will do! Thanks for the heads up.

Yes, I just read about the facy that Sand Hill grows them from start to finish without any chemicals or pesticides. I think I will order some from them this year. I only need a few since my hubby doesn't like them as much as I do. I will have to think of ways to fix them that are not too fatening, but yet still quite tasty. I like them just baked as is, with butter, of course...LOL!!
