Can Papaver rhoes and Papver somniferum cross polinate?

Santa Cruz, CA(Zone 9b)

I've got a few seeds of Papaver somniferum 'Laurens Grape' and I want to save the seeds from this batch for next year. I am growing other species of poppies rhoes and atlanticum in my yard and I wondering if they will ruin the 'laurens grape' seeds. I am having a hard time finding seeds for laurens grape and it was just the right color for my particular color scheme. Should I try my hand at pollinating the small patch of 'Laurens Grape' or leave it to chance? I've never done any hybridizing or selecting or anything like that. Anyone have any advice?

As long as you are not growing any other P. somniferum, you don't need to worry about cross pollination in the Lauren's Grape.

Thankyou!
