Thinking of all my friends...

This evening as I was addressng my postcards to send out for the round robin and making some plane reservations, I got to thinking what a lovely gift Dave's Garden has been. I realized that no matter where I had to travel, it seemed that I thought of someone I knew through the Garden that I could possibly meet up with or contact... what a comforting thought, too...
it seemed as if it made the world not so lonely or big....
that this Garden has linked so many people together... worldwide even... and when I thought of certain states and countries I could immediate recall I friend frm the Garden that I knew, that I would want to meet...
know this sentimental thought sounds crazy, but I just wanted to share it...

Hey J its beautiful and I love it and agree.My family think I am nuts when they mention someplace and I say I know somebody that lives there. I think it's wonderful we are getting to know so many different people from all around the world.

I know what you mean, mys- I tell my DH all the time after I get off the Garden, what's happening to whom, who's sick, etc., and I know it drives him nuts!!LOL!! He doesn;t understand it at all! And I find myself thinking about places I want to visit and who from the Garden lives there and that's why I'd like to go there!! Especially when I see the pics everyone posts!

I feel the same way JSS. I am always sharing what is happenig on DG and with people to my DH. I sure wish some of you were coming out west for a visit, I would love to meet all of you.

Zany mentioned that she was coming down to So. Ca. for a visit, wish I knew where she was going (hint-hint). Zany, are you coming anywhere near me?

Gee..if anyone heads my way let me know..Fl. panhandle about 30 miles north of Panama City. Dh gets onto me about the time spent on the computer,but I don't have any friends here and Dave's Garden fills the gap. Better then having a $100.00+ phone bill every month!!!

This place is addictive, I get up in the morning and have my coffee with all of you, before I start my day. Then I find myself, wanting to check in during the day, to see what's going on if anything. I'm going to be shutting down on the 17th of this month, my computor's going in storage for a couple of months until our house is built so I'm going to be having, severe with drawels for a while. But I will be back possible in Dec. but most likely Jan.

Flowerpot...say it isn't so....what ever will I do with out you...to get me into trouble? Words can't express how much all of you mean to me. I went to bed at a decent hour tonight...couldn't sleep...so got on to see "what was happening. Thanks for your fun and information. Jo

Oh Jo thanks I'll miss you to, but you know what, I don't think you need me to get into trouble he he he you do quit well on your own. I'll be back to help you out if you haven't gotten into enough trouble while I'm gone.(I don't think I'll have to worry about that) FP
