I found this trapped in a bucket in our car port and don't know what it is... Maybe someone here can identify it :-)

This appears to be mole cricket (family Gryllotalpidae) and they are sometimes considered a delicacy in Southeast Asia. If you're up for it, let us know how it tastes...
