can't find poppy seeds

Apparently the not a lot of folks around here are into winter sowing - or at least not the ones who stock the local retail stores. I've been looking for poppy and batchelor button seeds and they are no where to be found. This is the first year I've tried WS so I'll have to prepare earlier next year for sure.

Did you try the Seed Trading forum?

If you dont have a lot to trade, forks will send you seeds for postage.

The website one stop poppy shoppe is a good source for poppy seeds. I ordered from them this fall and the seeds were inexpensive, and they sent a bonus pack of poppy seeds. Yippeeee!!!! My first year winter sowing as well, can't wait to see the results next Spring. Annette
