In our base there's a lot of these scary spiders in the past few weeks, now they are as big as a hand!!! seriously!!! they do not have a net as I see.

This is a huntsman spider (family Sparassidae, apparently in the genus Eusparassis - see http://tinyurl.com/2ert9uo for an example. Sometimes also called giant crab spiders, their bite is not dangerous to humans.
