it is closed, but anyone can still post-- you can choose to not watch it.
I want to know why you haven't left her negative feedback now that you know she's trying to get trades going again with other folks. The best way for you to warn others is to leave Negative feedback now before it's too late.
They will check out the feedback before they trade wtih her and they can contact you regarding your bad feedback and ask you further for reasons why you left your feedback. This is what the feedback forum is for. posting here doesn't look like its getting the message across to her or her traders.
