I have seen a bunch of these spiders around my house lately. Can anyone identify this one by the pic- if not I can try and get a better picture( its not the best)
House spider?
The image is not clear enough for me to be certain, but this could be one of the cobweb spiders (family Theridiidae) in the genus Steatoda - see http://tinyurl.com/2cxfccx for an example. Some in thus genus can give a painful (as I can personally attest) but not dangerous bite.
Unfortunately, the additional photos also are fuzzy - about all that I can add is that it is a male spider, which could explain why it is wandering about away from its web.
yeah, my camera is terrible. I will post another if I can find a better cam to use. Thanks anyhow.
