found on our front porch

We live in Orlando Florida, and this insect was found on our front porch.
The leaves and tiny branches seem to be a cover for a small worm/caterpillar.

Please help identify

This is a case-bearing caterpillar; likely in the family Psychidae (bagworms) - see http://tinyurl.com/29kpelq for an example.
