I am sure this is a jumping spider, but I am not sure of the family.. anyone can help me out with the family name and full name.

I found this in semiconcrete land, near grassy area.

Although this could be a jumping spider (family Salticidae), the image is too small and fuzzy to be certain even of a family identification.
