This "thing" is in my window.

Almost a creamy colored body...with tan markings...and huge.

This is an orb weaving spider (family Araneidae), likely in the genus Araneus. All orb weavers are harmless to humans.

Thank you...sure didn't look to friendly! I have never seen one so light in coloring.
